– 10 Good Mornings

– 10 Arm Circles (both directions)

– 10 Leg Swings (each leg)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15min AMRAP

– 20 Alt. Lunges

– 15 Burpees

– 10 Push Press (Barbell or Dumbbell)*
* If you’re using a barbell, pick a weight you can do unbroken. If you’re using dumbbells, use one in each hand.
