Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
1 minute at each station.
Keep a running total, EACH ROUND (5min), of reps/calories.
After the 1 minute rest start your count back at zero.
