What if I have an injury?

That is ok. The great thing about CrossFit is that it can be adjusted, scaled, or modified to fit anyone’s needs. All we ask you to do is notify a coach of your limitations so they may tailor a workout and/or movement for your need.

What if I have done CrossFit before?

That is great, welcome. Doing CrossFit before means you are familiar with the fundamental movements and Olympic lifts. A coach will see where you are at in your skill level and review movements with you.

What is your drop-in policy?

We enjoy having visitors from other boxes come by and “grind” with us. If you are just in town for a few days, we charge a drop-in fee of $20.00 per day. If you plan to visit, we just ask that you arrive about 15 minutes prior to a scheduled class so that we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to the box.
