CrossFit Level 2
I started out running track and cross country in JH/HS. Decided to train for Houston marathon (26.2 miles). Ran a few 1/2 marathons, got tired and decided to start PT because I enjoyed working out. My instructors told me to stay away from CrossFit but I decided to try it in February 2015. I got hooked! So here I am almost 9 years in. Coaching others has helped me to keep pushing and never giving up! Outside of CrossFit I enjoy spending time with my hubby, 4 girls and 10 grandkids.
