Warm-up (No Measure)
16 Lunge Steps
Bench Press (1 x 50 (BW))
50 reps at BW. Every time you break, do 30 air squats
Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets
You pick the weight. Make it a challenge but something you can do each set unbroken.
